The Czech company Medical Esthetic conducted an anatomical course in conjunction with the Ukrainian Aesthetic Consilium School. The course was taught by plastic surgeon Sergey Prokudin and dermatovenerologist Igor Rudenko.
“Full-Face Anatomy. Advanced Cadaver Course ”took place on November 8-9 in Bratislava. The theoretical part of the course was held in the conference room of the Saffron Hotel.
Plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon Sergey Prokudin talked about topographic facial anatomy, age-related changes, the features of working with skin boosters, volume fillers, hazardous areas and possible complications.
Dermatovenerologist, cosmetologist Igor Rudenko made a report on the topic “Anatomical concepts of the use of fillers”.
A practical day was held in the anatomical theater of the Comenius University in Bratislava, where Sergei Prokudin performed a demonstration dissection Step-by-step with verification of the main anatomical structures. Participants in the course have worked out skills for correcting age-related changes in various areas of the face and neck. Practical training of skills took place under the leadership of the head of Medical Esthetic, dermatovenerologist Natalia Markova, as well as plastic surgeons - Victoria Radkevich and Aleksandr Fadin.
“A lot of techniques for working with fillers were disassembled on the course, many dangerous complications were modeled and resolved, interesting correction methods were worked out, many anatomical structures were disassembled and understood. Now, clinical practice begins for the participants in our courses using the knowledge and skills acquired,” wrote Natalia Markova, Head of Medical Esthetic, after the course.
