Medical Esthetic launches education project
Medical Esthetic has signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of education with the University of Rijeka (Croatia). Under the agreement, Medical Esthetic will help Russian students to receive medical education abroad.
Russian schoolchildren who want to get a higher medical education with a European degree can now do it on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, in Croatia. The leader of aesthetic medicine in the Czech Republic, Medical Esthetic and the Medical Faculty of the University of Rijeka, intend to jointly develop a new educational project.
Medical Esthetic will help students from Russia with admission to preparatory courses in the Croatian language, as well as the medical faculty of the University of Rijeka. The program of Croatian school education is almost the same as in Russia. The experience of the University of Rijeka shows that Russian students usually have no problems with either admission or further study at a university.
Croatian-language education can become a calling card of the project and interest potential students. The Croatian language belongs to the Slavic group of languages, and Russian-speaking students, as a rule, easily master it during the year of study. In addition, learning in Croatian is much cheaper than learning in English. Meanwhile, Croatian diplomas of higher medical education are quoted throughout Europe.
The University of Rijeka provides an opportunity to study in Croatian and in English. Tuition in English is 9,000 euros per year, in Croatian - 2,000 euros per year. Preparatory courses for the study of Croatian language will cost 2000 euros per year.
Upon completion of a 6-year university study, graduates receive a MD/Doctor of Medicine degree. They can work with this diploma both in Croatia and under certain conditions in other countries of the European Union, as well as in Russia.
Medical Esthetic is ready to attract students from Russia and several other CIS countries to study in Croatia.
