8.30 - 10.30 Basic concepts and guidelines in the anatomy of the face and neck. Anatomical areas of the face and neck. Anatomy of aging. ALEKSANDR FADIN

  • Formation of age-related anatomical changes and structures of the face and neck
  • Skeleton of the face
  •   Muscle attachment points 

  • Marking the exit of blood vessels and nerves
  • Age-related changes in the facial skeleton
  • Ligaments, septas and fascial nodes of the face

The concept of SMAS. Five basic SMAS layers

  • Deep fat cell spaces
  • Characteristic points of the subcutaneous fat tissue of the face and neck (fat compartments)
  • Muscles. Mimic and functional muscles: points of fixation, functions, blood support of muscles, innervations

Vascular bundles. Dangerous zones of the face and neck. Motor and sensory nerves

  • Branches of the facial and trigeminal nerves
  • Layered topography of the passage of nerves in tissues
